65,000 sf Commercial Office interior fit out of four floors of a Cesar Pelli designed high rise in Philadelphia. The project brought together seven individual private equity funds in a shared office environment where back of house resources could be pooled to maximize efficiencies and reduce operating costs.

The most senior fund, Lubert Adler, occupied the top two floors of the building with the principal’s two offices located along the uppermost eastern side with spectacular views of downtown Philadelphia. The design utilized cherry wood, stone and glass to create a tailored aesthetic imbued with a textural palette of surfaces forming a more transitional style between minimalism and traditionalism. This project was begun while at Hillier Architecture.
