TA was brought on to refresh, rebrand, and amenitize this high-rise building in Manhattan. The goal was to modernize the neo-gothic lobby with contemporary finishes and details to attract new tenants. On the exterior, TA generated various facade studies for overcladding, replacing windows, new facade lighting, and other measures. With the existing terracing, TA proposed new lounge, fitness, and conference spaces, along with upgraded terrace landscaping to activate these intermediate floor levels for the tenants.
