701 Brickell
This project is part of a campus-wide amenity upgrade which
relocated the fitness center set on the backside of the property to
a more convenient new location at the base of the of office tower.
The move created an opportunity to reimagine the ground floor
space into a new multi-purpose conference/hospitality experience
for the office tenants and their visitors to share the unequalled
views and access to Biscayne Bay. The key goals for the project
were to provide for various sized conference room spaces with
F&B components to service the meetings while activating the
tenant lounge and new front porch anchored by an indoor/
outdoor bar. The architecture layers the spaces with softened
forms and curved shapes bracketed by textural screen walls and
ceiling beams. The color and material palette draw inspiration
from classic Miami vibes of soft hues of coral, red and green tiles
mixed with large format limestone floors and sand-colored plaster
to draw in the southern light.
