The primary goal of this project is to redevelop three, existing buildings, into a new, dynamic apartment/extended stay property with restaurants, retail, roof-top amenities, parking, and office components. The project adds approximately 140,000 SF over ten floors of overbuild to the existing 110,000 SF of existing buildings. The existing buildings’ structure (2300 and 2314 Market) will be modified to accept the new loads imposed by the addition while the 2324 Market (Townhouse) will be renovated and repaired as part of the new interior design intent with a new rooftop amenity deck. All existing building fenestration will be replaced, and the facades modified accordingly to work with the new design intent. The overall intent is to unify the three buildings into a cohesive multi-use building that functions as a single property with 2314 as the primary apartment entrance.
