Located in an newly renovated industrial building, the client sought an open office environment which balanced  their need for private offices with views to the exterior from the workstation areas.  The compact design leverages a custom steel and wood screen to define the entry lobby and provide a focal point in the overall space.  Exposed concrete columns and ceilings highlight the raw industrial heritage of the building with new steel storefront and wood flooring animating the space.
