Adding to their wildly successful brand of restaurants, Schulson
Collective reimagined the ‘All-American burger joint’, building
a concept around artisanal cocktails, exclusive speakeasys, and
a good burger. The 1,065 square foot space at 123 S. Broad is
easy to pass by on the street, however once inside, presents an
intimate high-end dining experience. The refined dark wood
wall paneling contrasts layers of worn and torn wallpaper that
emanates having withstood the test of time. Brick clad arches
covered in artistic plaster accents the bar and open-concept
kitchen. Raw brick and meticulously applied plaster gives the
restaurant a hidden underground atmosphere while the plush
seating, luxurious metals and stones, warm lighting, and soft
leathers provide comfort and richness.
