The Lenox Lounge was an iconic establishment in Harlem founded in 1939 by Dominic Greco and served as venue for performances by many great jazz artists. In 2012 it closed between ownerships, and is undergoing the renovation. The interior design draws inspiration from the lounge’s most successful era, reusing many of the original features while bringing the lounge back to life.

Its distinctive façade, graphic signage and comprehensive design are hallmark examples of one of the few original art deco structures in New York City.

Mr. Henry’s Bakery is located directly next to the property formerly known as the Lenox Lounge and shares its kitchen.
